Inside Maxwell House Counselling
You’ll be welcomed into a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where your voice will be heard. You’ll determine goals based on your life’s priorities—because you are the captain of your ship. Sometimes we drift off course, and it’s my privilege to help you explore new directions and discover a better path forward. You’ll be supported, gently challenged, and empowered throughout the journey.

If you’re ready to seek change—or if fear is holding you back—you’re in the right place. Clients can discover strategies and new tools to overcome fears and move towards a stronger, more confident version of themselves. I’ve known great personal loss, and I believe wholeheartedly that we can work through grief and difficult seasons together.
To begin, you'll need to book in for an introductory session. This allows us to discuss your needs and ensure that I’m the right fit to support you. All appointments must first be confirmed personally by me, to make sure you receive the most appropriate and considered care.
Our sessions are confidential and guided by the Australian Counselling Association’s Code of Ethics. Any exceptions—such as risk of serious harm to yourself or others or legal subpoenas—will be discussed openly where possible.
